Galungan and Kuningan day are interesting event for tourism in Bali. If you visit Bali in February 2012 (1st or after), you will see a “Penjor” made from bamboo installed in front of each Balinese house. On Tuesday 31st January 2012 the Balinese usually preparing offerings and cooking several special Balinese food, such Lawar, Komoh, Jukut Ares, Kuah Balung for offering too.
On Wednesday 1st February 2012 is a Galungan Day. Balinese goes to several temples at their area for praying. Every temple in Bali will full of prayer on that day and this is one of interesting attraction for tourism in Bali.
On Thursday 2rd February 2012 is Umanis Galungan. The Balinese usually visit their family, and several temples are also full of prayer.
